The '''Bell Ringer''' is an enemy from ''[[Mega Man 8]]'' and ''[[Mega Man & Bass]]'', originating from Clown Man's stage and Magic Man's stage. It will be featured in ''[[Mega Man Maker]]'' in version [[1.8.0]].


The enemy itself is a stationary hammer-wielding robot near a bell. Once the bell is rung by the robot, [[Level Objects|level objects]] attached to the enemy will automatically be triggered.

It is stationary as it was in ''Mega Man & Bass'' instead of entering and leaving doors like it did in Clown Man's stage.


This version of the Bell Ringer is taken from it's Mega Man & Bass variation.
There are six variations of Bell Ringer, each affecting different level objects:
 
* <u>Magenta</u> - rotates [[Rotating Spike Block|Rotating Spike Blocks]], as it did in Mega Man & Bass,
* <u>Orange</u> - extends [[Hornet Roll|Hornet Rolls]] and momentarily pauses [[Fire Wall|Fire Walls]],
* <u>Yellow</u> - activates [[Fuse Laser Crawler|Fuse Laser Crawlers/Turrets]] and [[Ring Platform|Ring/Coil Platforms]],
* <u>Green</u> - flips [[Spike Platform|Spike Platforms]] and [[Flip Platform|Flip Platforms]],
* <u>Blue</u> - increases the [[Water Level Changer|water level]] and strength of the [[Rain]],
* <u>Pink</u> - rotates [[Punch Block|Punch Blocks]] and opens/closes [[Plantform|Plantforms]].
 
The interval between each ring can be set between 2 and 9 seconds.

* In a publicly showcased developer build of 1.8 from the update's Q&A livestream, the Bell Ringer's sound effect was not implemented despite being finalized. The Bell Ringer is an enemy from Mega Man 8 and Mega Man & Bass, originating from Clown Man's stage and Magic Man's stage. It will be featured in Mega Man Maker in version 1.8.0.

The enemy itself is a hammer-wielding robot near a bell. Once the bell is rung by the robot, level objects attached to the enemy will automatically be triggered. It is stationary as it was in Mega Man & Bass instead of entering and leaving doors like it did in Clown Man's stage.
