Yoku Blocks are 1x1 tiles that appear and disappear in a looping sequence. In ''Mega Man Maker'', this sequence consists of 5 "ticks" (each roughly one second). When the sequence reaches a Yoku Block's assigned tick, the Yoku Block will appear and remain on-screen for 2 ticks.

===Settings===
When placed, a Yoku Block has two settings, represented by an icon of the Yoku Block and a number:
* '''Appearance''': Represented by an icon of the Yoku Block. Clicking this option will cycle the appearance of the currently selected Yoku Block through one of 16 different styles.
* '''Sequence''': Represented by a number from 1 to 5. Clicking this will change which tick the Yoku Block will appear on.
