The level begins with some basic platforming with [[Plantform]]s and [[Concrete Lift]]s, while avoiding [[Needle Press]]es and [[Big Fish]]. Afterwards, the player must run from multiple [[Fire Wall]]s, followed by a tight platforming segment involving jumping across more Concrete Lifts and Plantforms, ending with a [[ladder]] climb.

Afterwards, the player will pick up a [[Weapon Capsule]] containing [[Flappy Beat]], while two more Fire Walls will cover the top and bottom of the screen, requiring the player to carefully maneuver using Flappy Beat up to the next ladder, leading to the next checkpoint. Here, a Concrete Lift will take the player up several screens. At the top is two [[Yashichi]]s, and the player must carefully travel down with Flappy Beat to either side to reach the final checkpoint.

Following the final checkpoint, the final fight against [[Yamato Man]] will begin. Interestingly, although the player may go in either direction from the Yashichis, both sides are merely mirror images of each other, and both Yamato Men end the stage as normal.
