It was designed with a powerful incendiary cannon for the purpose of melting rocks in mining operations, although this weapon is just as effective for showering flames upon the Nitron's enemies.

			The Nitron is designated to the 6th [[layer]] of the editor (Close front), and as such, it can be placed over [[tiles]], as well as some [[Level Objects\|level objects]]. Its color can be manually set to either blue (with yellow-orange flame projectiles and antenna), or yellow-orange (with blue flame projectiles and antenna). The color has no other effect on its attributes, such as its health or projectile strength.

			== Behavior ==
			After spawning, the Nitron will begin flying through the air in a horizontal straight line in the [[player]]'s general direction. Once it enters a proximity of around four tiles away, it will dive downwards three tiles in an arc, dropping a set of three fireballs in a row, which after colliding with solid terrain, will explode into pillars of flame - around 2.5 tiles in height, which dissipate after a brief moment. After finishing its arc of movement, the Nitron will fly straight upwards and off the visible [[Screens\|screen]], despawning in the process.

			The Nitron's fireballs do, in fact, have the properties of fire, and are thus capable of melting frozen [[Lava]], igniting [[TNT]], and interacting with any other objects that would otherwise be affected by fire.
