Wheel Cutter is Nitro Man's signature weapon, originating from ''[[Mega Man 10]]''. It is featured in ''[[Mega Man Maker]]'' as of version [[1.6.0]].

By default, it lets the user send out up to three bladed wheels that drop down from the buster before traveling forward, gaining speed as they do. The wheels drive off of ledges and can scale up walls, only being stopped when they hit a ceiling. If a wheel is dropped from a height, it will bounce up three tiles (or higher if used underwater) before moving.
