Wind Storm is Wind Man's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man 6. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.0.0.
Potton is a flying surveillance robot, which main body is an explosive, and its outer shell is a glass casing with a propeller. The robot is said to be expensive due to its AI's tendency to make it destroy itself when attacking foes. It originates in Mega Man 3 and reappears in Mega Man III and Mega Man: The Wily Wars.

When Potton is spawned, it will travel horizontally in the direction it is set to move until it despawns traveling off-screen, or is destroyed. If it collides with something resembling a wall, it will travel in the opposite direction instead.

When Potton and the player meet at the same point on the x-axis, regardless if the player is above, below, or even with Potton on the y-axis, it will drop its body onto the player, despawning the "Potton Body" if it travels downwards off-screen or collides with something resembling a floor.

The "Potton Shell" will continue to fly in its usual behaviour, ever after the "Potton Body" falls from it.

It sends out up to three small tornados that run along the floor when fired, changing directions when they hit a wall. They move fast enough to cross over one-tile wide gaps, and will remain onscreen for five seconds. It will pierce through any exposed enemy it touches, and if the player jumps on top of it, they will be boosted upward nine tiles. Any enemies defeated by Wind Storm will be carried up off the screen, and they will not drop any items this way. Dust Blocks and Ice Blocks can only be broken by this weapon if hit from the side, and it will be absorbed by Soccer Ball Jets unless they are in mid-flight.
The "Potton Body" will not despawn if it lands on Springs, instead bouncing up and down endlessly, unless it collides with something resembling a floor or ceiling, or is destroyed.

Trivia
Potton can be selected to travel horizontally left or right in the Level Builder.
*Wind Storm is the only weapon in Mega Man Maker to have its function changed in between updates; in this case the ability to pierce enemies, bounce off walls, and provide boosted jumps was added in version 1.0.4.
*In Mega Man 6, deflected Wind Storms will change direction as they do upon hitting a wall. This was changed in Mega Man Maker to instead be deflected like any other weapon.

The "Potton Body" will not despawn if it lands on Springs, instead bouncing up and down endlessly, unless it collides with something resembling a floor or ceiling, or is destroyed.

Potton can be selected to travel horizontally left or right in the Level Builder.
