When the attack key is pressed, the user sends a pod straight up into the sky that harmlessly passes through all entities. After 1 second, the pod detonates, covering the whole screen in a shower of acid rain that damages enemies and most objects. Switches, Bokazurah, and Soccer Ball Jets are unaffected. The rain shower hits up to 5 times, and can push the player when in the air with the strength of a level 5 Rain object, with the direction of the push depending on where they were facing at the time of firing. If Rain is already present onscreen, Rain Flush will cancel it out while it's active. Unlike other water-based weapons, it can only extinguish Oil fires, and will raise Chemical Solution's level due to containing acid.
It allows the user to throw balls of solar energy forward or diagonally up/down if the corresponding keys were held beforehand. Holding the attack key will allow it to be charged up, and the ball forms above the user's head, being able to deal damage in this state without consuming energy. Furthermore, the ball can pass through reflective objects such as unmarked Weapon Blocks while still held. At full charge, Pharaoh Shot will continue on through destroyed enemies and objects. Uncharged shots cost 1 unit of energy, while charged shots cost 2. Up to 3 uncharged shots can be onscreen at a time, and charged shots don't count towards this limit.

This weapon is capable of being charged even before the player spawns after the Ready screen.

*Rain Flush was chosen to be added to the game by a player named Lenny as a reward for being the winner of the Retro Redux challenge event. The contest's prize was being allowed to select a Robot Master weapon of the six NES games to be added between 1.5 or 1.6.
*A bug in Mega Man 4 allowed a fully-charged shot to still be thrown if the ball above the player's head was consumed by an enemy. This was fixed in Mega Man Maker.
*It was capable of causing Quicksand to harden in Mega Man IV, but it lacks this ability in Mega Man Maker due to time constraints.

Pharaoh Shot is Pharaoh Man's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man 4 and reappearing in Mega Man IV. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.0.0.

Trivia

 • A bug in Mega Man 4 allowed a fully-charged shot to still be thrown if the ball above the player's head was consumed by an enemy. This was fixed in Mega Man Maker.
