1.9.0 is a future upcoming update for Mega Man Maker. It will focus on adding assets from Mega Man 7, Mega Man 8 and Mega Man 11.
A contest is held for users to vote for a robot master to be added in 1.9.0.
Robot Master Contest
Announced during the sixth anniversary video, a Robot Master Contest has been held for users to vote for the Robot Master they wish to see implemented in version 1.9.0. The bosses to vote for were missing Robot Masters from 8 Bit games (Mega Man 1-6, 9 and 10) with the exception of Gravity Man.
