Tornado Blow is Tornado Man's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man 9. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.5.0.
When the attack key is pressed, tornados will emerge from the bottom of the screen and sweep upwards, dealing damage to the entire screen in the process.
