When fired, it sends out a fast ring that travels 5.5 tiles out, piercing through all enemies and terrain in the way before returning to the user's location.  It is capable of hitting 2-4 times depending on the size of the enemy and the distance between them and the user. All [[Spine]]-type enemies are vulnerable to Ring Boomerang.
 
While its functionality is primarily taken from ''Mega Man 4'', the weapon can pick a single pickup, which was directly derived from ''Mega Man IV''. However, Ring Boomerang cannot grab [[Tank]]s.

Ring Boomerang is Ring Man's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man 4 and reappearing in Mega Man IV. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.1.0.
