Metalls (or Mets being their nickname, and Helmet being their name in Mega Man for Game Gear) are one of the most common types of enemies represented in Mega Man Maker. They are robots with a cephalotorax structure and sometimes two legs. Most forms of Met rely on staying under their helmets, protected from all non-piercing weapons, while occasionally making themselves vulnerable to attack. As a trade-off, Metalls often suffer from low damage output and a lack of health.
As of version 1.7.5, seven Met variants are included in Mega Man Maker to use in levels: the original Met, the Neo Met, the Train Met, the Metall Cannon, the Fire Met, the Numetall, and the Neo Heli Metall.

The Met is the first version of the Met in the Mega Man series, appearing in Guts Man's stage in Mega Man 1. It was originally created as an industrial robot for nondescript purposes.

This version of the enemy is stationary, as it has no legs, and it is a template for the behavior of most Mets of posterior games. If the player character is four tiles near or less, the Met will expose its face and shoot three projectiles; one that goes straight and two that go diagonal in opposing directions. Unlike most projectiles, the Met's bullets deal more damage than contact damage. It will turn around so it can face the player.

In Mega Man Powered Up, Mets could be flipped with a Proto Strike, a second level Charge Shot, detonating a Hyper Bomb next to them, or a surfed Oil Slider. However, this behavior does not exist in Mega Man Maker.

DWN-011 Bubble Man is one of the 8 Robot Masters from Mega Man 2 that is featured in Mega Man Maker since the 1.2.0 update. He fights by jumping underwater armed with his cannon and signature weapon, the Bubble Lead.
The Metall Cannon is a variant of the Met from Mega Man 5 that appears in Napalm Man's stage, Dark Man 2 and 3, and the first stage of Wily's fortress. It is a stationery enemy that only becomes active once the player approaches it. Once it is active, it will raise its cannon and fire a large ball projectile at the player that can be destroyed or turned into Concrete blocks. If the player is on the opposite side of it once it raises itself up, it will turn itself to face them and fire.

Built by Dr. Wily to have supremacy in aquatic combat, his Bubble Lead is a danger to those who face him underwater. However, due to an oversight by Wily, he is reduced to being nearly helpless if dragged onto land where he will be unable to move. He fought against Mega Man in his underwater den full of spikes in Mega Man 2 and would later face him again in Mega Man 3 after having his combat data transferred into a Doc Robot body. He later comes back in Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge with other four robot masters from Mega Man 2, fighting Mega Man before Enker.
Its initial direction can be set in the Level Builder.

The Fire Met is a variant with a flame in its head. Unlike other versions of the Met, it never hides under a helmet. This enemy constantly walks in one direction and flips if it collides with a wall. If the Fire Met is at the edge of terrain, it will jump off of it and attempt to resume its current direction. Because of its AI, it is often used as an enemy Escort. Its initial direction can be set in the Level Builder.

Behavior
Fire Met can come out of a Fire Met Spawner, which is solid and can be temporarily stunned with electricity. The direction the Mets go after falling from it can be set in the Level Builder.
Depending if he is in water, Bubble Man has two possible attack patterns. In water he behaves similarly to like he did in Mega Man 2, swimming towards the player while firing Bubble Leads and spurts of water. On land, he comically falls over and will then begin to cry. He will not move in this state, but he will still fire Bubble Leads at the player with intervals.

Bubble Man's Bubble Lead behaves differently depending if Bubble Man is inside or outside of water when he uses it. When fired in water, the Bubble Leads will bounce along the floor and will continue bouncing until reaching a wall, where they pop and despawn. Ceilings limit the height of the Bubbles, while they will bounce at a lower maximum height if they leave water. When Bubble Man is on land when Bubble Lead is fired, they fall to the ground and travel along it until reaching a wall. If a Bubble Lead is initially shot outside water, it will not start bouncing if they enter water while they are traveling along the floor. However, a bubble fired while Bubble Man jumped over water will bounce when it enters in contact with water. In both cases, the Bubble Lead projectiles disappear when they collide with a wall in their path.
Fire Met can interact with:
* Chill block
* Ice Barrier
* Oil
* TNT Block
* Hot Plates
clr

Regardless of how the Bubble Lead is used, it will reduce the acidity of a Chemical Solution pool. The bubbles despawn while diluting in the Chemical Solution while they reduce the acidity.

Trivia
Numetall is a slug metall that looks like the original immobile variant of the Met. It appears in Pump Man's stage in Mega Man 10.
*The way Bubble Man's Bubble Lead behaves when Bubble Man is outside water is similar to how Mega Man used the move in Mega Man 2.
*If he jumps in and out of water in quick succession, it may lead to him spamming the Bubble Lead more than he could otherwise.
*The way that Bubble Man cries while stuck on land is possibly a reference to Aqua Man.exe, a Net Navi from the Mega Man Battle Network series based on Aqua Man from Mega Man 8.
*His Bubble Leads reduce the acidity of a Chemical Solution despite some sources stating that the bubbles are made of sulphuric acid. Luigi stated that the team did not consider Bubble Lead to be acid due to being mostly made of water and lead, which are not acidic substances.

Video Tutorial
This version can be either on the floor or sticking to the ceiling crawling about slowly. If the player shoots it may protect itself by hiding under it's helmet.

Numetall shoots slimy projectiles that do not damage the player, but if make contact stick to player making them slippery temporarily as if on ice tiles.

The projectiles are fired in bursts of three and travel in the same pattern of spread trajectory as the Met and Neo Met's bullets.

However, unlike Mega Man 10, firing player shots cannot remove the Numetall's sticky projectiles from the player.  The projectiles self-dissolve from the player within a short period.
