* When Dr. Wily is launched out of his capsule at the end of phase 3, the game treats him as a projectile, and as such can be affected by weapons such as [[Black Hole Bomb]] and [[Jewel Satellite]].
* If Phase 3 is put into a room with few areas to teleport to, it may teleport inside [[Push Block|Push Blocks]] as if they are non-solid. It is unknown if this is a bug.
* Although the boss is 6 tiles by 6 tiles in size, phase 3 can teleport into 5x5 spaces if available.

Behavior
