DWN-038 Charge Man is one of the 8 Robot Masters from Mega Man 5 that is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.3.0. He is a train-like robot master, that with his signature move, the Charge Kick is dangerous foe.

He was built by Dr. Wily during Mega Man 5 events, where he helped Dark Man with the plans. He took over train, where he later fought Mega Man and lost. He later came back during Mega Man IV events where he challenged Mega Man once again, but like before he was beaten.

Behavior
Behavior
Charge Man always starts with dashing at player, he can't be damage while doing so. After that he will start following him, trying to get close and deal damage. He can after that do one of two things:
Concrete Man does high jumps, and often does a ground pound that immobilizes the player character if the latter has not jumped before the ground pound is finished. More often than not, Concrete Man will seek to aim towards the player with his ground pound. When dashing, Concrete Man will move until colliding with a wall or the end of a screen. When colliding during his dash, Concrete Man will be bounced back.

Concrete Man never waits more than 4 attacks to use Concrete Shot, and is much more likely to use it if he is just performed a ground pound. He can shoot from 1 to 3 shots, which will deal damage and immobilize the player, which exposes it to receive a combo attack. If the concrete shots did not hit the player character, the shots will solidify and will function as solid platform. Those blocks will destroy themselves with time, but will be destroyed faster if Concrete Man dashes or ground pounds into one. Concrete Man's version of the Concrete Shot was modified to no longer block the player's projectiles. The primary weakness can destroy the Concrete Shot blocks. The shots might be dodged by pumping or moving away from the zone they are about to fall.

* Charging and launching three pieces of coal from his smokestack up that will fall in the player, and dash at him.
Concrete Man cannot destroy the player's version of the Concrete Shot and instead treats it like solid terrain.
* Dashing at player.

After that he will repeat his pattern of chasing player. He can be damage only when he moves.
Glitches
He cannot jump, so he is able to fall down the pits.
*Concrete Man can be killed by his own Concrete Shot projectiles if he uses them over Springs.

Trivia
Trivia
*Charge Man's description is a reference to the children's television program about tank engines Thomas & Friends.
*Concrete Man was the first new boss revealed to be added in Mega Man Maker's 1.5.0 release.
*According to the developers, the way that Concrete Man's Concrete Shot works during the boss battle was changed so that when Concrete Man fires it, the player can fire weapons through the Concrete Shot. While replying to a commenter on Concrete Man's Official Announcement pointing this change out, WreckingPrograms said this was done as to make the boss less frustrating.

DLN-065/DRN-065 Concrete Man is an industrial robot and one of the nine Robot Masters from Mega Man 9. He was added to Mega Man Maker in version 1.5.0. He is using his signature weapon, the Concrete Shot to attack and to trap Mega Man.

Concrete Man was created by Dr. Light. However, Dr. Wily manipulated him by using his fears of getting scrapped during Mega Man 9's events.

Behavior

Concrete Man cannot destroy the player's version of the Concrete Shot and instead treats it like solid terrain.

Glitches

 • Concrete Man can be killed by his own Concrete Shot projectiles if he uses them over Springs.

Trivia

 • Concrete Man was the first new boss revealed to be added in Mega Man Maker's 1.5.0 release.
 • According to the developers, the way that Concrete Man's Concrete Shot works during the boss battle was changed so that when Concrete Man fires it, the player can fire weapons through the Concrete Shot. While replying to a commenter on Concrete Man's Official Announcement pointing this change out, WreckingPrograms said this was done as to make the boss less frustrating.
