The Watcher is a green spherical enemy with two extendable eyes primarily from Elec Man's stage from Mega Man and Mega Man Powered Up that is featured in Mega Man Maker. The Watcher will slowly ascend from the ground or descend from the ceiling. Once at the same vertical level as the player character, it will expand its extendable eyes from its top and bottom and then fire out a set of lightning bolts out of each eye. Once a Watcher does this, it will immediately close back up and quickly travel back off screen in the direction it came from. Once it travels off back screen, they will not respawn unless their spawn point is unloaded and loaded on screen again.
DLWN-023/DRWN-023/DWN-023 Spark Man is one of the eight Robot Master bosses from Mega Man 3 that has been featured in Mega Man Maker since version 1.0.0 Built in a collaboration between Dr. Light and Dr. Wily, he was one of 8 Robot Masters assigned to travel to different mining planets to gather Energy Elements and other materials to finish building the peace-keeping robot Gamma. His signature weapon is the Spark Shock, and when defeated in his game of origin an extremely de-powered variant is given to the player.

The lightning bolts shot by Watchers are spaced out to best collide with the player while they try to climb or descend ladders. As a result, if the player character stays still on the ground or on a ladder they cannot be hit by the lightning bolts.
He later reappered with 3 other MM3 robot masters during events of Mega Man III where he was reactivated and ordered to fight Mega Man again.

Because Watcher projectiles are pure electricity, they will trigger Spring Man's magnetized state if they come in contact with him.
Behaviour
Spark Man jumps from 1–3 times towards the player, fire small sparks in 8 directions from his head, and then launch a large Spark Shock projectile at the player. After finishing, Spark Man restarts his pattern from the beginning.
Due to the vertical behavior of Watchers, they can only be put at the top or at the bottom of a screen in the Level Builder. They can also be set to appear at a certain point on a timer from 1 to 9.

Spark Man's jumps are high enough to allow him jump to terrain four tiles higher than his origin point. The size and speed allows the playable character to pass under it to dodge its jump.

Trivia
Trivia
*Watchers slightly differ in behavior between games.
*Although the AI of Spark Man in Mega Man Maker does act very similar to his source appearance in Mega Man 3, there is a minor difference—Spark Man jumps 1–4 times in Mega Man 3 as opposed to 1–3 times in Mega Man Maker. It is currently unknown as to why the minor change was made to remove one of Spark Man's possible jumps.
**In Mega Man, Watchers aim electricity at the player when either of their eyes pass a horizontal axis with the player.
*Spark Man always jumps towards the player rather than following his Mega Man 3 pattern of turning around at the walls of his boss room, although this is likely implemented so Spark Man can work in larger and open boss rooms.
**In Mega Man: The Wily Wars, Watchers that appear from the top of the screen follow the behavior of Mega Man Watchers but Watchers from the bottom of the screen aim electricity when the player passes the area in-between the two eyes of a Watcher on a horizontal axis.
**In New Style mode in Mega Man Powered Up, Watchers take a second to stop and aim electricity when the player passes the area between the two eyes of a Watcher on a horizontal axis.
**In Mega Man Maker, Watchers aim electricity when the player passes the area between the two eyes of a Watcher on a horizontal axis.
