Rolling Cutter is Cut Man's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man 1 and reappearing in Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge, Mega Man: The Wily Wars and Mega Man Powered Up. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.0.0.

When the attack key is pressed, the player throws a boomerang-like cutter that travels 6 tiles in a tear-drop trajectory before returning to the player. If the player moves while the cutter comes back, the cutter will follow them. It can also pass through walls and destroy the entire Spine enemies (except the Electric Gabyoall) in one hit. Because of its speed it is possible to run away from the rolling cutter blade and have it follow you through the level.
The Bounder is a guard robot originating from Mega Man 5  (also appearing in Mega Man for Game Gear) that was introduced into Mega Man Maker in version 1.3.0. It remains motionless (usually positioned on the ceiling) until the player either fires while it's on screen or approaches close enough to trigger its behavior. It then drops down towards the ground and bounds back up to the ceiling, intermittently firing off two slow moving shots at steep angles vaguely in the player's direction. Charging a shot (if applicable) and firing it with proper timing is ideal as a charged shot deals just enough damage to eliminate a Bounder.

In the Level Editor, the Bounder's color can be changed between red and green, and the enemy itself can be spawned anywhere there is room, considered a 2x3 enemy for placement purposes. No matter where Bounder is originally positioned when triggered in-game, it will always bound back up to the ceiling before dropping back down and repeating. If there is no ceiling to return to, Bounder will simply leap off-screen and despawn.
