Version 1.0.9 was a minor update to Mega Man Maker (known as Mega Maker at the time) released on September 9, 2017 to celebrate Cirno Day (September 9 every year). It was the last patch update for 1.0.0. The update added content related to the Touhou character Cirno. MrKyurem and PKWeegee were the ones who pushed for this update. The update was also focused on fixing the autosaving.
Version 1.3.0 was a major update to Mega Man Maker released on March 23, 2018. This update focused primarily on adding content from Mega Man 4 and 5, and introduced the ability to play as characters other than Mega Man.
The version was delayed for a few hours on the release day because of trying to set up the announce video.

1.0.9 was the last version of the game to use the name Mega Maker. Due to trademark issues with the name Mega Maker, the game's name was changed to Mega Man Maker for all subsequent updates.
