Sheep Man is a sheep-like robot master that appears in Mega Man 10 and will be featured in Mega Man Maker as of it's version 1.6.0 update. He attacks using bouncing bolts of electricity or by dividing himself into clouds of his signature weapon Thunder Wool and rain down lightning bolts on his enemies.
Sheep Man was once a sheep herding robot turned assistant at a circuit board manufacturer. However, he ended up being one of the 8 Robot Masters infected with Dr. Wily's Roboenza virus which caused him to become violent and go rogue. Mega Man, Proto Man, and Bass were forced to fight him in cyberspace in order to stop his rampage and recover the stolen device that could manufacture the Roboenza antidote.
Due to Sheep Man's use of electrical attacks, if he and Spring Man are fought at the same time then any electric attacks used by Sheep Man will cause Spring Man to become magnetized when hit.
Sheep Man's overall appearance is meant to resemble a ram. His body resembles a large piece of wool that is slightly tinted pink. His face is all black with the exception of his blue eyes, his two large brown ears with a similar shape to a ram's horns, two antennae close to his back with two ball points that transmit electricity between each other. His arms and legs are normal looking and humanoid unlike the rest of his body, with them having red joints, black soft armor, yellow hard armor, and both white hands and feet.
Sheep Man can drop a bouncing spark in his normal form. When dividing himself in clouds, he makes the cloud he is in and the other go in different parts of the sky. At different times, the clouds will drop a thunder that extends to closer parts of the floor until Sheep Man's cloud does. When the clouds are done, they fuse to bring back Sheep Man.
- Sheep Man's and his stage theme Cybersheep's Dream is likely a reference to the science fiction novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick.
- Originally Sheep Man was going to look more humanoid and have a vague resemblance to Bright Man from Mega Man 4 as seen in his concept art.
