Oil Slider is Oil Man's signature weapon from the remake of the first Mega Man game, Mega Man Powered Up, and is one of the weapons featured in Mega Man Maker since version 1.1.0.
Bubble Lead is Bubble Man's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man 2 and reappearing in Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge and Mega Man: The Wily Wars. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.7.0.

When used, the user will fire a small blob of oil in front of them that will drop to the floor and stick on it for a short time. If it hits a wall, it will stop and drop directly downward. It can then be stepped on to slide on like a surf board. While sliding, the user will keep moving forward across the ground until the player character touches a wall that blocks the direction the Oil Slider is moving. The user can also jump while still on the slider, however jumping again while in the air will remove the slider but allows for additional height in the form of a double jump. During the surf, pressing the cursor key that points out to the opposite direction to the player character is going will slow down the player character while it is pressed.
It shoots out a slow bubble in a small arc that then travels across the floor and down corners, only stopping if it hits a wall or enemy with more than 3 HP. It will continue onwards if it destroys an enemy or destructible object barring Weapon Blocks, but it cannot travel across Ice Blocks. When used underwater, it will rise up 2 tiles before falling due to the lower gravity. Since it is a water-based weapon, it can douse Flame Pillars, extinguish burning Oil, and dilute Chemical Solution. All members of the Spine family are susceptible to this weapon. Up to 2 Bubble Leads can be onscreen at a time.

While on the Oil Slider the player character can damage and pass through several enemies as long as they do not generate a harmful explosion after being defeated. However, the player remains vulnerable to projectiles shot by them. Damage to the player character will stop the surfing. The most powerful way to use it is by surfing. For blocks destructible by the Oil Slider, the most devastating way to destroy them is by surfing on the oil platform.
Unlike the original weapon, it can damage almost all enemies. However, it is no longer a weakness for Hotheads.

The Oil Slider will float on top of water, causing an initial shot to float up to the surface if it ends up in water, and causing the user to ride on top of the water like solid ground so long as they stay on the oil slider. Due to its floating properties, Oil Slider can keep the player character over uneven water, although scaling the uneven water while going up will interrupt the Oil Slider ride.  Oil Slider can be used to ride on top of Chemical Solution in it's harmful green state so long as the player does not hit the corner of where the solution meets another surface.

The weapon was modified from its original use by Mega Man in that there can be three oil blobs at the same time, the damage was increased from 0.5 to 2, the character is invulnerable to contact damage, surfing does not deprive enemies of shields, and jumping out of it requires jumping with it on the air instead of pressing jump+up.

An oil blob can be ridden while it is still mid-air, allowing for setups that challenge the player's timing. If used with precision, Oil Slider can be used against walls to gain height with jumps and stay in the air forever.

Trivia
Trivia
* Oil Slider is the only weapon that was confirmed in an initial announcement about an upcoming update.
*Despite being originally stated (in the Mega Man Archie/Megamix Comics series) to be made out of sulfuric acid, Bubble Lead lowers Chemical Solution's level instead of raising it.
* Oil Slider is one of two exclusive weapons from the game Mega Man Powered Up that did not previously appear in the original Mega Man game. This is because it comes from one of the two newly introduced Robots Masters, Oil Man, the other weapon being Time Man's Time Slow.
*The description is a joke on how the pronunciation of Lead in the weapon's name is unclear within the Mega Man community.
* In the announcement showcases for version 1.1.0 where Oil Slider was added, the sliding and jumping sprites were the standing and jumping sprites. However, the sprites were replaced by custom sprites made by E-Clare by 1.1.0's release.
* While the team normally had a guideline of adding three weapons per game in an update, Oil Slider was added as a last minute addition due to its heavy support in the development team. Ice Slasher, Hyper Bomb, and Time Slow were the weapons initially selected.

Bubble Lead is Bubble Man's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man 2 and reappearing in Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge and Mega Man: The Wily Wars. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.7.0.

Unlike the original weapon, it can damage almost all enemies. However, it is no longer a weakness for Hotheads.
