The Tondeall (or Rotor Patroller in Mega Man for Game Gear) is a patrolling golden-orange helicopter like enemy that first appeared in Mega Man 5. It was added to Mega Man Maker in the Version 1.3.0 update. Tondeall will fly back and forth in the air with their lights blinking and occasionally shooting in the Player Character's general direction.
Pukapucker is a small robot with a hovering sphere for a head, and a bucket-shaped body with feet. They are enemies that originate from Mega Man 5 from Crystal Man's stage.

They can be set to initially move left or right while in the Level Builder. They will fire two buster-like shots that shoot roughly to the left and right of the Player Character, but never directly at them. This makes them very easy to avoid if the Tondeall is far away. They only have 1 HP and a broad hit box so it is easy to kill them so long as the Player is able to hit them.
In Mega Man Maker
In the Level Builder, Tondeall can be set to initially move left or right once on screen. Additionally, Tondeall can be set to one of two color options being green and white, which change the color of the rotor at the top of the enemy. This option was not present initially and was added in 1.5.0. Presumably to facilitate the level creators to see which direction is the Tondeall set to move in, it will be shown with their sprite mirrored while editing to emphasize this, although the sprite is not during play mode.
Behavior
When Pukapucker spawns, it will walk 4 tiles forwards and then 4 tiles backwards, and then repeat the behaviour. While it is doing this, the enemy's spear shaped head will hover up and down 1.5 tiles high at regular intervals. If the head collides with a ceiling when hovering upwards, it will reverse direction and hover downwards.

If Pukapucker's head is attacked and destroyed, or is despawned by traveling off-screen, its body will also be destroyed.

If Pukapucker's body is attacked and destroyed, or is despawned by traveling off-screen, the head will continue to travel in its facing direction, bouncing up and down on the ground 4.5 tiles high. If the bouncing head collides with a wall, it will reverse its direction of travel. If the head collides with a ceiling when bouncing, it will reverse direction and bounce downwards.

Level Builder
Pukapucker can be set to face left or right in Mega Man Makers Level Builder.

Trivia
*Pukapucker may be based on a Floating Ball Toy.
*When both Pukapucker's body and head are both alive, its head is not affected by gravity but its body is. It is unknown if this is a glitch or intentional.

Glitches
*In Mega Man Maker, due to a glitch or mistake in the enemy's AI, when whole, Pukapucker will immediately reverse its direction of travel when colliding with a wall when it is walking to the left, but will not immediately reverse its direction of travel when colliding with a wall when it is walking to the right.
*When a Pukapuker's body is pulled by a Conveyor Belt, its head will clip through walls it collides with.

Pukapucker is a small robot with a hovering sphere for a head, and a bucket-shaped body with feet. They are enemies that originate from Mega Man 5 from Crystal Man's stage.

In Mega Man Maker

Pukapucker can be set to face left or right in Mega Man Maker's Level Builder.

Trivia

 • Pukapucker may be based on a Floating Ball Toy.
 • When both Pukapucker's body and head are both alive, its head is not affected by gravity but its body is. It is unknown if this is a glitch or intentional.

Glitches

 • In Mega Man Maker, due to a glitch or mistake in the enemy's AI, when whole, Pukapucker will immediately reverse its direction of travel when colliding with a wall when it is walking to the left, but will not immediately reverse its direction of travel when colliding with a wall when it is walking to the right.
 • When a Pukapuker's body is pulled by a Conveyor Belt, its head will clip through walls it collides with.
