Atomic Chicken (also known as Kukku) is a running robot enemy with the appearance of a chick that originates in the later parts of Wood Man's stage in Mega Man 2.
Colton is a green cowboy robot with a revolver type cannon on one arm. They are enemies that originate from Mega Man 6 in Tomahawk Man's stage, that later re-appear in the fourth Mr. X stage. They have been an enemy in Mega Man Maker since Version 1.0.0.

This enemy can run and jump, moving in the direction it was set to. When colliding with a wall, Atomic Chicken will turn around. Attacking it with the buster is ineffectual due to its durability. If hit with Metal Blade, it will simply reflect it. It is also immune to Bubble Lead and Air Shooter.
Colton shoots a slow horizontal moving bullet from its revolver cannon, that can pass through walls. Once a bullet leaves the screen, despawns, or is deflected by either Shine or Proto Man's shield, it will shoot another bullet. Since a deflected bullet is no longer classified as an enemy projectile, the Colton will behave as if it did not shoot that bullet even if it is not despawned. If the player travels past a Colton horizontally, the enemy will turn to face towards the player and fire another bullet, once its previously fired bullet is despawned or deflected.

It is not recommended to attempt to attack an Atomic Chicken due to its high amount of HP, its speed, and how it despawns. However, a fully charged Atomic Fire shot can destroy one in a single hit.
As Colton fires another bullet whenever his previous bullet despawns, and his bullets can despawn when they travel off-screen, placing Colton closer to the edge of a screen will cause him to fire more rapidly. Colton's firing rate can also potentially fluctuate in rooms with smooth horizontal scrolling, depending on how close the player scrolls the enemy to the edge of the screen.

*Colton's HP (6) is a reference to a colt-revolver, which has six chambers.
