Time Slow is Time Man's signature weapon from the remake of the first Mega Man game, Mega Man Powered Up, and is one of the weapons featured in Mega Man Maker since version 1.1.0.

Break Dash is Pluto's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man V. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.8.0.
When used, it slows down the actions of all enemies and objects on screen for 8 seconds. A timer icon below the weapon gauge shows the player how much time is left until it deactivates. It cannot be cancelled once activated, but the user can still switch to another weapon. The background music also slows down during its duration, though this is a purely aesthetic detail. Against bosses, it can deal damage only if it's set as a primary weakness, and they are immune to the slowing effect if no weaknesses are set or if it's set as an immunity. Weapon Blocks marked with Time Slow will be destroyed upon initial activation.

If the shoot key is pressed (uncharged shot), the player will shoot out a projectile akin to the Mega Buster, but with double the normal damage. Uncharged shots cost no weapon energy, making it an objective and marked damage upgrade to the Mega Buster in a level with its charge shots disabled (and arguably still even with charge enabled).
The weapon was modified from its original use by decreasing the amount of energy it consumes, allowing for 7 uses with a full gauge as opposed to 2. Its use makes it more akin to Flash Stopper. It no longer holds the user in place upon activation or extends a boss's invulnerability frames either.

If they hold the shoot key down then release it (charged shot), they will perform a dash damaging any enemy in their path, with the addition of being granted invincibility frames during and after the dash (marked by a flickering sprite afterwards). The dash automatically ends after a set amount of time, dashing off a ledge, or by running into either a solid object or an enemy that isn't destroyed by the dash. It can also be prematurely ended by the player via either hitting the jump button (can slide out of it, too) or turning the opposite direction.

It's also important to note that the dash will only be performed if the player is touching solid ground; even if the shoot key is released in the air after charging the weapon, the game will wait until the player is no longer airborne before initiating the dash. This means the player can still shoot uncharged shots in the air while holding on to their charge, provided that the shoot key is held again before touching ground.

Just like in Mega Man V, a charged Break Dash has the ability to destroy Pluto Blocks. Break Dash is also the only player weapon as of Mega Man Maker 1.8.0 that can destroy Bokazurah Blocks.
