Upon contact with an enemy or solid surface, a series of explosions occur that can cause multiple damage to enemies that are within its range. It will explode even if would not deal damage due to the target being shielded or in an invulnerable state. A single Flash Bomb lingers for 1.5 seconds, and can deal 15 HP worth of damage through its duration. Multiple explosions cannot be stacked to deal more damage, however.
