The Slap Hand is a Level Object originating from Bounce Man's stage in Mega Man 11. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.10.0.
The Slap Hand consists of an inflatable rubber hand on a cube. Once the player shoots the hand, it will deflate and go to the bottom of the cube, after which a countdown of three begins. During the countdown, the hand will inflate back, then once the countdown is over, it will snap back to the top of the cube, pushing the player away if they happen to stand on the cube during the countdown.
Slap Hands come in two colors: pink and blue. Pink Slap Hands push the player to the right, blue ones push the player to the left.
