Do Colton projectiles interact with Breakable Blocks?

Under the "Interactions" subheading it says "Colton weapon projectiles can destroy Breakable Blocks."

I have tested different versions of the game all the way back to 1.0.9 (1.0.0 does not load due to Winamp issues) but this interaction does not occur at all. Was this ever a thing in Mega Man Maker?

Maybe as a Proto Man reflected projectile? I'll have to test to see if that's the case. Which if it is, would mean this interaction would be best moved to "trivia" and denote the requirement of Proto Man using his shield. Which honestly, if Proto man can do this with any reflected projectile, the notation should be removed entirely. :\
