Dr. Albert O'Wily was originally friends and classmates with [[Dr. Light|Dr. Thomas O'Light]] at the Robot Institute of Technology, but both had a falling out due to Dr. Thomas O'Light getting his funding revoked and ultimately getting his "Double Gear System" project shut down, due to claiming the project could be too dangerous. This led to a long-lasting rivalry between the two with Dr. Albert O'Wily blaming Dr. O'Light for sabotaging the success of his projects and ruining his reputation.
Blast Man is a Robot Master that was designed for explosive special effects, but was captured by Dr. Wily after his completion of the Double Gear and reprogrammed for evil. He now causes mass destruction in the theme park Flower Land using his signature [[weapon]], the Chain Blast. When combined with his use of the Power Gear which can exponentially increase the strength of his explosions, Blast Man becomes a devastatingly explosive powerhouse to be reckoned with.


He has intentions of world domination, and has been involved in various schemes intending to make those dreams a reality, but always fails due to [[Mega Man]] and his other allies interfering. However, despite always losing, Dr. Albert O'Wily always seems to have a backup plan to escape being arrested.

DWN-083 Blast Man, is one of the eight Robot Master bosses from Mega Man 11. He was added to Mega Man Maker in version 1.6.0.

Blast Man is a Robot Master that was designed for explosive special effects, but was captured by Dr. Wily after his completion of the Double Gear and reprogrammed for evil.
