Mirror Buster is Enker's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge and reappearing in Mega Man 10. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.6.0.
Holding the attack key makes a barrier form on the user's buster, which can turn most projectiles it touches into a wave that travels forward, piercing through any enemy as it does. The barrier itself cannot cause damage, and energy is only consumed when a projectile is reflected. Only one Mirror Buster projectile can be onscreen at a time, though any extra projectiles can still be nullified while it's present. Sliding and dashing is also possible while holding the barrier up, and if Roll attempts to roll while using Mirror Buster, she will instead perform a slide that cannot cross 1-tile wide gaps.
Regarding bosses, Sheep Man's Thunder Wool is the only attack that cannot be reflected by this weapon.
Bugs
- By spamming the shoot button on more than 1 projectile will cause the mirror buster to shoot off 2 or more projectiles in succession, if both projectiles hit any enemy or miniboss they will instantly die.
Trivia
- In its original incarnation, projectiles reflected by Mirror Buster will go in the direction of whoever shot it, but this was altered in Mega Man 10 so that reflected projectiles can only go forward.
