The Toghero is a spiked robot from Mega Man 4, first appearing in Skull Man's stage. It was added to Mega Man Maker in version 1.0.0. It is an aerial enemy that slowly spins forward in a wave-like shape, sticking out its spikes while spinning. It will not change direction regardless of the player character's position.

It is possible to set its direction and color in the Level Builder. It has a green, blue and red variant.
