Adamski is a UFO-like robot enemy featured in Mega Man Maker as of its 1.5.0 update that originally appeared in Mega Man 9, primarily in Galaxy Man's stage but also seen in Fake Man's.
When an Adamski first appears on screen, it will briefly play a sound identical to that of Dr. Wily's UFO spaceship before going to his castle. Its trajectory is like a broad wave, going first downward and then slowly beginning to move upwards all while still moving left or right without changing its direction for any reason. The direction it moves can be set in the Level Builder. Being that the Adamski arc-like movement, low hp, and inability to attack outside of collision makes it an easy to combat enemy, being vulnerable to frontal attacks and easy to dodge alone. In large groups however, this can become more difficult without use of a powerful weapon.
If multiple Adamski appear on screen at the same time, the UFO sound effect will only play once, with the other Adamskis not playing it, which allows for swarms to be placed in levels without causing an irritating amount of beeping sound effects.
Their appearance can also be set in the Level Builder, with them having 3 possible color options. These being green, yellow, and a fuchsia pink. Functionally all 3 are identical and do not change how the Adamski act.
Trivia
- The sound effect used by Adamski when they appear on screen is specifically the Wily saucer sound effect from Mega Man 1, Mega Man 2, and Mega Man 9 but is noticeably quieter and repeated much less.
