Ice Slasher is Ice Man's signature weapon originating from Mega Man 1 and reappearing in Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge, Mega Man: The Wily Wars and Mega Man Powered Up. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.1.0.

It sends out a fast projectile that deals no damage, but will freeze any enemy it touches for four seconds. This effect remains even if the player switches weapons. It can pass through shields, terrain, and objects as well. Only one Ice Slasher can be onscreen at a time.
As of version 1.10.4, there are a total of 126 weapons. This includes Nothing, 4 Buster weapons, all 46 weapons from the original six NES games, 9 weapons from the five Game Boy games, 6 weapons from Mega Man 7, 7 weapons from Mega Man 8, 7 weapons from Mega Man & Bass, 8 weapons from Mega Man 9, 7 weapons from Mega Man 10, 6 weapons from Mega Man 11, the 2 new weapons from Mega Man Powered Up, 10 animal-based weapons, and 6 utility weapons. In addition to these weapons, there are 5 weapons that originate from other games that are not related to the Mega Man franchise.

Destructible objects such as Dust Blocks can still be broken by Ice Slasher. As it is an ice weapon, Flame Pillars, Fire Walls, lava, and other fire assets affected by ice can be frozen by it too, making them safe to touch. Crazy Razy will be instantly defeated by it instead of being frozen. When Bounce Man is hit by a weapon set to a weakness, Ice Slasher will freeze his parts in place temporarily.
