1.9.4 is a minor update for Mega Man Maker released on December 12, 2024. It fixed a number of major and minor bugs present in 1.9.3. It is intended to be the last major patch for 1.9.0.

Changes -Shader option for water has been fully reworked to use less resources and makes the game lag less on low configurations. -The following decorations no longer appears above spikes but still above tiles : Guts Fence, Wood Grass, Background Window, Wily Panel, Bubble Waterfall, Wily 1 Sewer, Level Plate, Toad Waterfall, Napalm Waterfall, Knight Banner, Knight Lighter Banner, Tomahawk Cactus, Shade Robot, Spring Frame, Spring Frame Smaller, Acid Hazard Plate, Glass Soldier, Coat Of Arms, Acid Floor Light. -The following decorations no longer appear above spikes and tiles : Shade Robot, Tundra LightPost, Lamppost. -Wily 1 Sewer has been moved to the close back layer. -Ice Wave will now properly go through shielded or reflectives enemies without damaging them. -Plasma is no longer pushable by Wave Burner underwater.
-A few enemies crash after the player goes through a transition because the direction is not loading properly. -Camouflametall can crash the game after the player goes through a transition because the sprite is not loaded. -Tsuranattori does not appear properly while in play after the player goes through a transition. -Ladders are supposed to be on the close back layer, not on the far back layer. -Game can crash after deleting a tile that has been replaced with the Shift+Double-Click action. -Nitro Man basic animation spawn at the wrong position. -Nitro Man may crash the game depending on its spawn position. -Suzy is not going in the right direction after a transition. -Ladders appear behind close decorations. -Background Wall disappears after taking a transition if the top and bottom of the wall are in different sections. -Background Wall in builder does not have the right sprite when copied if it is not the default skin. -Background Wall merges with different skins vertically. -Shadow Outlines when the grid is activated in the builder are no longer visibles. -The auto-tiling of Invisible Tiles may be broken after a transition. -Animation of Water Pressure may not work after being copied in the builder. -Count Bomb CD Blue still has the wrong color on numbers. -Lava is now appearing in front of tiles. -Fire Wall no longer kills bosses during intro in levels prior to 1.8. -Astro Zombieg Coffins are not affected by gravity. -Astro Zombieg Coffins may respawn with the wrong sprite. -Plushie of Plant Man now moves when should be unmovable on being hit and ignores gravity. -Plug Ball should activate Spring man regardless of weakness for consistency with other electric weapons. -Burst Man special sound effect plays forever instead of the classic sound effect after being hurt once. -When the player is pushed by Battan while Romper is draining energy, the player may end up in a softlock. -Water hover no longer gets its deactivated skin when the player lands on ground. –Yellow Devil does not take the right damage to his eye when hit with his primary weakness. -Break Dash does not properly interact with KakinBa Tank. -Jet Adaptor starts with remaining weapon energy after death instead of being refilled. -Jewel Shield reflects Black Hole Bombs made by Galaxy Man which have been solidified. -Leaf Shield destroys Plasma electricity every frame. -Lifting placed Blocks with Super Arm may crash the game. -Full Shadow cannot be placed in the same place as source Water. -Taking a teleporter with Bunby Catcher to a different section may softlock the player. -Game crashes when building Online and trying to move an asset. -When building Online the properties of an object are not copied properly. -Shadows cannot be deleted when building Online. -Jewel Shield (weapon) does not act properly when interacting with Jewel Shield (enemy projectile) from Jewel Man. -Splash Woman raining attack has slowed down significantly. -Bunby Catcher does not appear at the right place when scrolled into view under time stopped effect. |

Changes
-Lift Elevator now stops at the edge of the sections automatically if a boss fight is active. -Treble Boost now does not drain ammo when stunned by Dark Man 3. -Example Level: Abandoned Mine is now called Acidic Mineshaft
-Section Lava appears in front of tiles and many other objects it should not. -Most Waterfall decorations appear behind Wily Sewer decorations in the builder. -Water with shaders sometimes are invisible after a transition. -Cactus are in the wrong positions when in play mode. -Tree stumps are in the wrong positions when in play mode. -Target on rail set to a non possible position will move weirdly when in play mode. -Clown Spike builder visuals are not the same as in play mode. -Player toes sometimes appear above fire fences. -All Torch Grass decorations appear without transparency when placing them in the builder. -Giree falls off conveyors when moving in the same direction instead of going down. -Player walking on top of a respawnable gimmick after a transition may fall through it before it is properly loaded. -Burst Water and Chemical Solution may crash the games when water with shader is used. -When Hoohoo is killed by Icicle it does not drop the rock and the rock stays in the air not moving. -When hitting the Plushie with Splash Woman skin, the water bubble generated may not change burst water properly when in contact. -Turbo Crates may not merge properly when set to specific distances from each other. -Lift Elevator does not save its position after taking a checkpoint anymore. -MM1 bush decoration no longer appears on top of tiles. -Shupponpon cannot bounce on bouncy balls. -Spark Chaser considers acid drops and their spawners as valid targets. -Bass can move while in Treble Boost while stunned by Dark Man 3. -Cold Man does not heal from Ice Wave when not a primary or secondary weakness. -Kamegoros get destroyed instantly at top of section if reached. |
