The Giant Springer is an enemy from Mega Man 3 that appeared in Magnet Man's stage and the Doc Robot version of Needle Man's stage. It was introduced in Mega Man Maker in version 1.7.0.

When the Giant Springer spawns, it will approach the player character at a normal speed until it fires a missile. After that, it will approach the player at an extremely slow pace and waits until the missile is destroyed or is off-screen. Once the missile is destroyed, the Giant Springer will fire another missile. Only one missile can be on-screen at a time. Similarly to Mega Man 3, these missiles can also drop health and weapon energy pickups. The missile will constantly home in on the player until it is destroyed. If the Giant Springer is approached by the player, its head will constantly spring up until the player is no longer near it. While in this state, it will not be able to move or attack.

If the player gets behind the Giant Springer, it will turn around to face them.
