Yamato Spear is Yamato Man's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man 6. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.7.0.
It allows the user to fire a small spearhead that goes forward at either an upward or downward slant, alternating between the two each time it is fired. These spears carry on through defeated enemies and Dust Blocks, and they can pierce the shields of Shield Attackers and Knight Man. Yamato Spear can pierce the shielded state of Ben K, but not it's projectile attack. Up to three Yamato Spears can be onscreen at a time.

- Before version 1.7.1, Yamato Spear lacked a description, resulting in N/A being displayed instead.
- Yamato Spear moves slower in Mega Man Maker than it did in Mega Man 6.
