"Ben K" is an enemy that debuted in Mega Man 6 in Yamato Man's stage. It has been in Mega Man Maker since version 1.0.0.
Ben K is a stationary enemy who will obstruct the player's path by spinning his spear, using it as a shield to deflect player projectiles. After several seconds, Ben K will release his spinning spear at the player attempting to hit them. The spinning spear will continue to deflect shots even when Ben K is no longer holding it. The few moments after Ben K releases his spear he is vulnerable to direct attack until he pulls out a new spear, repeating the process. Weapons that can strike above or beneath the spinning Ben K spear are optimal for confronting this enemy.
Weakness
Yamato Spear has the ability to pierce through Ben K's spinning spear shield while Ben K is holding it, although once released the spinning spear as a projectile is invincible to Yamato Spear.
