• September 20, 2024 - 1.9.0 is released.
• September 19, 2024 - Release trailer for 1.9.0 is released with layering announced as the main feature and a release date scheduled for the following day.
• September 18, 2024 - Acid Flask and Acid Section, level objects similar to the Water Level Changer but for Chemical Solution are revealed along with placeable columns and an acid skin for the vertical rain from Mega Man 10.
• September 17, 2024 - Non-directional vertical rain from Mega Man 10 is revealed and a decoration from Wily stage 3 in Mega Man 3 is showcased.
• September 16, 2024 - A new Ice Man Plushie is revealed, alongside some reworked tilesets and the ice platforms from Freeze Man's stage.
• September 15, 2024 - A new editor feature, the ability to fill tiles with another tileset similar to a paint bucket tool, is revealed.
• September 13, 2024 - Plushies, a new decoration with unique functionality, is revealed.

• August 23, 2024 - The option to choose whether water snaps to a ceiling and statues of the Robot Master bosses from the first Mega Man game, Mega Man Powered Up, and Bond Man are announced.
• August 19, 2024 - 1.9.0 is announced to be delayed due to internal factors.
• August 16, 2024 - The Hornet Flower from Mega Man 9, Fire Man Fences from the first Mega Man game, and Torch Grass from Mega Man 11 are showcased as decorations.
• August 9, 2024 - The Clown House from Mega Man 8 and four color variations of the Tundra Light posts from Mega Man 11 are showcased as decorations.
• August 2, 2024 - Bushes in three different seasonal colors from the first Mega Man game, Napalm Grass from Mega Man 5 and animated spikes are showcased.
• July 15, 2024 - Mega Man Maker celebrates its 7-year anniversary, and a release window for 1.9.0 is announced: August 2024. In addition, several new assets and decorations are shown. Three hours after the anniversary trailer's release, Section Lava, a level object similar to the Water Level Changer but for Lava, is announced.

• May 6, 2024 - Plug Ball, the last remaining Mega Man 9 weapon, is announced.
• April 27, 2024 - 1.9.0 is given an estimated release date of summer 2024. In addition, the ability to shift-click to change color of connected objects is announced.
• April 10, 2024 - New boss is revealed - Nitro Man.
• March 16, 2024 - New level object is showcased - Count Bomb CD.
• February 2, 2024 - New enemies are showcased - Arc Weldy, Spark Weldy, and Arctic Weldy.
