Mega Man (released as "Rockman" in Japan) is the first game in the classic Mega Man series, released on December 17, 1987. It was the first Mega Man game released for the NES in Japan and the United States. The game can be known as Mega Man 1.

In Mega Man Maker

Version 1.1.0 focused on adding content from this game and from Mega Man Powered Up. As of Version 1.7.5, there are 4 bosses, 15 enemies, 12 level objects, 17 tilesets, 23 backgrounds, 7 weapons, 4 spikes, 6 ladders and 10 music tracks available from Mega Man in Mega Man Maker.

While content from Mega Man Powered Up is listed alongside content from Mega Man 1, here is the content originated from the latter.
