Tel Tel is a sky blue doll-like weather-changing robot from Cloud Man's stage in Mega Man 7 that is featured in Mega Man Maker since version 1.9.0.
When a Tel Tel is spawned in, one of six weather effects will take effect depending on the option set in the Level Builder: nothing, clear, heat, wind, rain, or snow.

August 29, 2024 - The implementation of level tags in 1.9.0 is announced to be postponed.
July 15, 2024 - Mega Man Maker celebrates its 7-year anniversary, and a release window for 1.9.0 is announced: August 2024. In addition, several new assets and decorations are shown. Three hours after the anniversary trailer's release, Section Lava is announced.
May 6, 2024 - Plug Ball, the last remaining Mega Man 9 weapon, is announced.
April 27, 2024 - 1.9.0 is given an estimated release date of summer 2024. In addition, the ability to shift-click to change color of connected objects is announced.
