Wind City is a Mega Man Maker level made by AwaggKing added in version 1.6.0.
Wind City comprises Mega Man using Wind Storm to travel through a cloudy city filled with electrical enemies such as Electriri and Electro Guard. For the first half of the level, the player has Nothing and must overcome platforming challenges to find Wind Storm to further progress through the level by climbing up walls using Wind Storm. The level ends with a fight against Bounce Man.

- This level, alongside Protovania, Skullsteam Factory, Mines at Dusk, Automata Fortress, Wind City, and A Taste of Whats to Come (styled as ID 52), were selected by WreckingPrograms as track titles for the various editor music that plays in the level editor of 30XX.
