Hyoey is a miniboss from Mega Man V. It first made it's appearance in Mega Man Maker in version 1.8.0.

The miniboss is a helicopter that will follow you endlessly on a section of the map. Once the battle starts, Hyoey will be unable to despawn by leaving the screen bounds. This makes Hyoey unique as a miniboss as having one present will lock Boss Doors until it is destroyed.

Trivia

Hyoey is the first miniboss in Mega Man Maker that is able to move past the screen bounds and not despawn.
