When active, Elec Beam projects a 4 tile long beam of electricity, dealing 4 points of "contact damage" when touched by the player. It stays in place and plays a 2 frame animation until two cycles have passed and the beam "retreats"/"disappears". An Elec Beam can be customized to project its beam in different directions (left/right), and to project its beam on a different cycle (1-4). Elec Beam is not affected by obstructing tiles, enemies or any of the weapons (except [[:Category:Time_weapons|time weapons]]). It never despawns. Elec Beam plays [[Magnet Beam]] sound effect when active. Doesn't cause damage to enemies, robot masters or other bosses (except [[Spring Man]]).
