Kaminari Kogoro is an enemy originating from Mega Man 7 Cloud Man's stage, and has been in Mega Man Maker since version 1.4.0.

Kaminari Kogoro's behavior is to hide outside the bottom of a given screen out of the player's sight, and when the player draws near Kaminari Kogoro will quickly ascend straight up into the player's path attempting to hit them. Once Kaminari Kogoro reaches it's maximum height it will immediately stop, fire an electrical beam of energy straight down, and then gradually proceed back down to it's starting position in a short horizontal swaying pattern. Once it reaches it's original position Kaminari Kogoro will repeat the process.

Kaminari Kogoro's Electrical burst can interact with the Mega Man 11 Fuse Crosser or Fuse Xtender as well as Mega Man Maker's Magnetic Coil.

Trivia

In Mega Man 7 Kaminari Kogoro would not fire electrical bolts in Cloud Man's stage unless the player had initiated rain or snow by shooting the Tel Tel enemy. In Mega Man Maker Kaminari Kogoro's electrical attack is on by default.
