1.10.1.4 is a minor update for Mega Man Maker released on August 3, 2025. It fixed a number of bugs, in particular an issue with all plushies in levels appearing as the Cut Man plushie. It also introduced two new files in the Mega Man Maker folder and made a few changes to assets.

Changes
  • The file readme_if_game_crash_on_startup.txt has been renamed to readme.txt and now contains some additional explanations for manually changing some settings.
  • You can now use the old controller detection behavior by changing the Settings.ini file like explained in the Readme.exe file.
  • A shortcut to the Settings folder has been added to the Mega Man Maker folder.
  • Succubatton when on blue skin will now drain your health if the ammos of your current equipped weapon is empty.
  • If Beat Rescue is tired after lifting you for too long and falls back in a pit, he will now drop the player to the pit.
  • Fooley from Spawners will now take half a second to spawn after being killed.
  • Shadow Man is now a bit faster and will now stop his slide sooner a bit after sliding under the player.
  • Snake Man is now waiting a little while landing after shooting snake projectiles.
  • Electric Gabyoall will now auto destroy itself if he has not enough space to spawn and was crashing before.
  • Crash Bomber will now explode when hitting Floating Balloons and Targets.
  • Jumping out of Rush Marine while in water will now give you a small extra boost of jump.
  • Remote Mine now destroys Mega Man 11 Destructible blocks.
  • You can no longer use Wire if the ceiling is too close.
  • Bomb Man Plushie can now breaks Cracked Blocks.
Fixed Bugs
  • Plushies are set back to Cut Man plushies in a lot of levels.
  • Punk Plushie is not working properly when reaching the ceiling under Gravity Man Plushie gravity effect.
  • The Waterfall gimmick is not properly working and does not break and recreate solids properly.
  • The Waterfall gimmick changes the drawing of Section Lava when appearing.
  • Tank Oven shield does not work properly and let projectiles hit him sometimes.
  • Gravity Hold, Hyper Bomb and Scorch Wheel were not properly interacting with Tank Oven and did extra damage.
  • Tundra Storm is making Mash Burner explode when it should not because it is an ice weapon.
  • Flame Blast, Scorch Wheel and Telly Fire are not properly interacting with Oil Canister.
  • When killing Spotaro, the turtles from Gamerizer with Gamerizer Spawner out of view, the fight was not resuming properly.
  • Magic Card does not properly remove the top solid behavior of Plant Form when closed after a transition.
  • Boss and certains enemies on top of Impact Rail Spring Platforms crash the game.
  • The Air Man Plushie is not working properly with Top Spin.
  • Destructibles Blocks between two screens are blocking the transition after being destroyed.
  • Drill Bomb is creating a new Drill Bomb when trying to explode the first one by pressing the Shoot Button.
  • Shupponpon Crashes when trying to destroy a wall with Cracking tiles.
  • Linked Gemini Man Plushies cannot be moved anymore when both are on a conveyor at the same time.
  • Galaxy Man Plushie is no longer teleporting to other sections.
  • Galaxy Man Plushie should not be able to take Megaman 11 Teleporter, and is currently not usable properly anymore after taking it.
  • Gravity Man Plushie gets automatically destroyed on spawn when on top of an Astro button below a near ceiling.
  • Water is not properly flowing through Wave pipes but does in the Builder.
  • Water is not properly flowing through Pole eggs but does in the Builder.
  • Chill Block does not properly block water when overlapping.
  • New Classical Cannon, Succubatton, Fooley, Teck and Kanigance does not have the proper colors when sliced by Slash Claw.
  • 100 Watton is not properly making the room dark after being killed by Slash Claw.
  • The player may clip into ladders that are one tile further when using Slash Claw.
  • Slash Claw has a way bigger hitbox on Crazy Razy.
  • Time Slow is breaking Gamerizer entrance, and the boss just goes through the ground.
  • Eddie items arc movement is wrong when under Time Slow.
  • Time Slow makes the Ice Block way slower than it should.
  • Pierce Protector description mentions three usages instead of six.
  • Kanigance may stop working after bouncing on a Spring or a Bouncy Ball.
  • Enemies and Boss making the screen shake does not anymore once the player is dead.
  • Megaman 11 Teleporters sometimes appear during boss fights before the fight is over, and are not usable.
  • When using the middle click on Blade Rail in the Builder, the auto-tiling system is wrong.
  • Gamerizer Projectile may interrupt the victory animation after taking an Energy Element and makes the player take damage.
  • While using the Dodge Roll from Roll against a truck, it may sometimes damage the player regardless of invincibility.
  • Eddie items may slide on the ground if the ceiling is too close to Eddie.
  • The player is able to move after taking an Energy Element right after exiting a Wave Pipe.
  • Astro Crush sound effect is a bit too quiet.
  • Impact Rail Platforms may exit a corner rail depending on the options, when it should never exit a corner rail.
  • You may softlock yourself when sliding to a Wave Pipe if there is only 1 tile available between the Wave Pipe and the Wall, or if the entrance is blocked as soon as you enter it.
  • Bosses with special Ice effects are not being called when using Tundra Storm on them.
  • Sometimes the Megaman 11 Teleporter animation plays twice, once on the teleporter you take, and once on the destination.
  • Super Arm Block gimmick uses the old sprite in the Builder.
  • Darspider is working differently when spawning in the room than when coming from a transition.
  • Napalm Fire is working during the Ready intro screen.
  • When using a Time Stop effect in Burst Water, you may keep the water gravity even out of water.
  • Horizontal Small Tube decoration is not auto-tiling correctly.
  • Fence decoration is not auto-tiling correctly.
  • Foreground decorations that were hiding the player feets are not hiding them properly anymore.
  • Intro Bush decorations disappear in long sections when the most left one is too much out of view.
  • Astro Crush and Tundra Storm are not working with Move Hover on the screen.
  • Ice Wave stopping sound effect is a bit too loud.
  • Rolling Drill are trying to break invisible spikes and cause small explosions but cannot destroy them.
  • After a transition, the player may go through certain platforms if they are immediately under them.
  • Slap Hands properties are not resetting properly after a transition.
  • Slap Hands can have a phantom hitbox and be hit on its old position.
  • Shell'n projectiles are not able to remove Napalm Fire.
  • Old teleporters despawns enemies if you change sections after taking it.
  • When opening the asset menu in the Builder, it may lag the game.
