DLN-066/DRN-066 Tornado Man is a robot master from Mega Man 9 introduced in version 1.5.0. He was created by Dr. Light to keep powerful storms away. He is equipped with his signature weapon, the Tornado Blow. During even of Mega Man 9, he was supposed to be scrapped with other robot masters from this game, but his mind was changed by Dr. Wily who later reprogrammed them. His AI is later reused by Weapon Archive during Mega Man 10 events.
Behavior
His main method of attack is using his version of the Tornado Blow, an attack that makes the player character jump higher and that creates four green tornadoes that cause damage and that have more space among them as they go up. While the air boost can help the player character avoid the tornadoes, it can also put it at risk if there are spikes or similar hazards above. Tornado Man may use the technique in land and mid-air.
After using the Tornado Blow, Tornado Man can use the Tornado Blow again or can try to dive over the player character. However, he can rarely try to dive over the player character before using the Tornado Blow before. He can move to the air at different heights, which can change the probability that Tornado Man dives on the player character.
If he was spawned in the air, he will float instead of falling down.

Glitches
- In 1.5.0 and 1.5.1 he could zip throu the walls. This was later fixed in 1.5.2.
Trivia
- Tornado Man looks vaguely similar to Harpuia, one of the Four Guardians of the Mega Man Zero series. Both use wind in their attacks and are also green with similar head pieces.
