The Bombomboy is a mechanical plant designed to resemble a small tree, and an enemy that originated in Mega Man 9. It appeared in Concrete Man's stage - as well as the Dr. Wily stages.
Bombomboy debuted in version 1.5.0 of Mega Man Maker.
Level Builder
The Bombomboy is designated to the 5th layer, along with tiles and most level objects. It has no special settings that can be adjusted.
Behavior
Initially after spawning, the Bombomboy will stand perfectly still in place, surveying its surroundings, until the player enters a range of around 8 tiles away from it on the horizontal axis, which will prompt it to begin its pattern. The Bombomboy will hop up and down, firing two orange sphere projectiles (potentially seeds) into the air - one to the left, and the other to the right, at the peak of its jump. These projectiles will arc downwards and travel through any tiles. After landing, the Bombomboy will wait momentarily before jumping again. The Bombomboy can jump even if it is falling in midair. Once the player leaves the Bombomboy's detection range, it will calm down and stop jumping until the player reenters the area.
