Croaker (also known as Kerog) is a frog robot, with the ability to spawn Petit Kerogs. Croaker was a robot that was originally a member of the underwater robot carnival, but was repurposed for combat by Dr. Wily. They are enemies that originate from Bubble Man's stage in Mega Man 2 and reappear in Mega Man: The Wily Wars. They were added to Mega Man Maker in version 1.0.9.

When a Croaker spawns, it will launch three Petit Kerogs from its mouth at three different angles. If at least one Petit Kerog is alive, all on-screen Croakers will do nothing until they are all despawned or destroyed. If all three Petit Kerogs are either despawned or destroyed, an on-screen Croaker will spit out three more Petit Kerogs. If the Croaker is underwater, the Petit Kerogs will be launched higher and will jump higher.

Petit Kerogs have 1 HP and deal 1 HP contact damage. As frog-based enemies, they jump towards the player. They remain in the same place for a while before doing their jump. Petit Kerog's jump height is high enough to allow the player character to walk under it to dodge it.

If the player gets behind Croaker, it will turn around to face the player.
