Trivia
- Rain Flush was chosen to be added to the game by a player named Lenny as a reward for being the winner of the Retro Redux challenge event. The contest's prize was being allowed to select a Robot Master weapon of the six NES games to be added between 1.5 or 1.6.
- It was capable of causing Quicksand to harden in Mega Man IV, but it lacks this ability in Mega Man Maker due to time constraints.
