Fly Boy (also known as Prop-Top) is a flying toy robot. Fly Boy originally started out as a flying toy, but Dr. Wily repurposed the design into a robot. They are enemies that originate from Mega Man 2 from various stages.

When Fly Boy spawns, it will pull its rip-cord three times to power its propeller and will fly upwards 5 tiles, it then will quickly dive at the player and land on the ground, attempting to land on or collide with the player. It will then repeat the pattern from the beginning.

When spawning from a Spawner, they will fall downwards from off-screen above, and will then start its traditional behaviour once it lands on something resembling a floor.

If the player gets behind Fly Boy, Fly Boy will not turn around to face the player.

Fly Boy can be set to be set to the colours green and yellow, or red and orange, in Mega Man Maker's Level Builder.
