Bouncy Balls are level objects originating from Bounce Man's stage in Mega Man 11. They are featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.7.0.
This level object works like a multi-directional Spring, as it can make the player recoil, no matter where they touch it from. The bounce effect is greater if the player holds down the jump button in the same way it happens when the player character is bouncing over a Spring. If the player character touches it from the sides, the Bouncy Ball sends them in the opposite direction and can make the player ascend or descend depending on whether the player character was ascending or falling respectively. It can also bounce other assets such as Push Blocks.
As a level object Bouncy Ball occupies 1 tile. It has six color skins (red, pink, yellow, blue, green, and purple) that keep the standard bounce and includes striped variants for each color that make the player bounce further and higher. If the player bounces sideways off of a ball and uses a weapon or utility such as Top Spin, Star Crash or Jet Adaptor while in mid-air, they will keep the momentum built upon contact with the ball.
