The Time Block is an original level object, entirely unique to Mega Man Maker. It is a 1x1, Tile-esque object, capable of being toggled between a tangible and intangible state depending on if the flow of time has been frozen or otherwise altered.
Time Blocks were introduced in version 1.10.2 of Mega Man Maker.
Level Builder
Time Blocks are designated to the 5th layer of the editor. Their color can be set to either magenta-pink or cyan, which will affect its default state.
Behavior
Magenta Time Blocks are, by default, in their intangible/inactive state. When time has been frozen or slowed down, by a weapon such as the Time Slow or Time Stopper, or by specific adversaries, the blocks will activate and solidify, becoming virtually indistinguishable from normal tiles. Cyan Time Blocks, on the other hand, work in the opposite manner: they are physical and completely tangible as time flows properly, but when time is manipulated, they will deactivate and become intangible.
The player, enemies, and other physics-affected objects will be able to collide with the Time Blocks without issue, with some exceptions—for example, ceiling-mounted enemies, such as the Teck, Darspider, or upside-down Tom Daddy, are unable to properly latch onto a ceiling constructed out of Time Blocks.
