DWN-082 Fuse Man is one of the eight Robot Master bosses from Mega Man 11. He is featured in Mega Man Maker since 1.9.0. His signature weapon is the Scramble Thunder.
Behavior
Phase 1
At the beginning of the phase, Fuse Man will summon two sparks traveling in a rectangular loop around the arena. Then, he will teleport around the room and fire a projectile at the player, with the projectile aiming at the player's latest position before the projectile was fired.
In the Level Builder, the player can see the spots Fuse Man may teleport to, and can also adjust the size of the rectangle the crawling sparks will travel along. The sparks themselves may also be disabled.
Phase 2
Once having lost enough health, Fuse Man will activate his Speed Gear: in this phase, he will teleport to the top of the arena in a zig-zagging pattern, then slam back down at the player's latest position before the teleport. This pattern is repeated around five times before the next phase.
Phase 3
This phase is similar to Phase 1; however, the crawling sparks, if there are any, will now move diagonally when reaching the corners of the rectangular loop, and Fuse Man will fire two projectiles instead of one for each teleport. He may also activate his Speed Gear at regular intervals, regardless of how much health he has left.
Bugs
- As of version 1.9.0, when the player dies while Fuse Man uses his Speed Gear attack, a "Stack overflow..." error is produced when Fuse Man attempts to attack the player with his Speed Gear for that pattern.
