Plushies (also referred to as Toys in the game's files) are a level object added in 1.9.0. Although only the Ice Man plushie appeared in Clown Man's stage in Mega Man 8, plushies for various characters such as Robot Master bosses, enemies and playable characters are also included in Mega Man Maker.
The majority of plushies are gimmicks that can be knocked around by attacking them by weapons such as Mega Buster or Mega Ball's kick and interact with gimmicks such as Bouncy Balls and Astro Buttons. However, some feature unique functionality and are listed below.
Boss Plushies

Ice Man | Creates small Freeze Man ice platforms when on the surface of water and prevents ice platforms from breaking if on one | |
Guts Man | Breaks Super Arm Blocks when landing on then. | |
Wood Man | Becomes visibly burned if hit by any fire-based weapon. | |
Quick Man | Briefly freezes Force Beams when shot. As such, it cannot be knocked around by any weapon aside from Mega Ball's kick. | |
Top Man | Spins for a while after being shot. | |
Pharaoh Man | Rises when in quicksand. | |
Stone Man | Breaks apart when attacked. | |
Plant Man | Activates Plant Barrier when attacked. | |
Grenade Man | Bounces off explosions. | |
Duo | Flies upward when shot, destroying tiles. | |
Sheep Man | Activated by electric gimmicks such as Fuse Rails | |
Splash Woman | Douses ignited Oil. Additionally, bubbles fly out when shot. | |
Galaxy Man | Flies further than other plushies when attacked | |
Punk | Curls into a ball when shot, hitting other plushies if it collides with any. | |
